Our products are sourced locally and globally. We have hand crafted items from the Philippines and items that are sourced worldwide.

Packaging

We believe in simplicity and we want to help in any way we can to lessen our carbon foot print and minimize waste. We hope you are okay with what we provide. Rest assured that our items are of good quality. We do understand though that your items can be a gift. We offer packaging by request, at an additional cost of Php 60.00.

 

Online & Ordering Assistance

How to Order
You can order by clicking on the upper right SHOP drop down button which will lead you to our products. Select items you wish to purchase. Once you have finalized your shopping cart, proceed to check out and fill out the following information. Your order will be processed and you have 48 hours to make your payment until it is confirmed.
How to Make Changes in an Existing Order

Changes can be made but not cancellations. You can make changes to your order while it is being processed. Once the item has been shipped, no exchanges can be made. Please immediately email us if there are any changes in your order and we will notify you if the item is available.

Canceling an Order

We do NOT accept cancellations once the order has been processed.

Payment & Finance

Payment Options

Bank Deposit
You may pay through bank deposit/transfer (BPI/BDO) within 48 hours from check out. Weekends will not be counted. Kindly send the bank deposit slip through email and we will send a confirmation.

GCash
You may pay through GCash within 48 hours from check out. Weekends will not be counted. Kindly send the transfer receipt through email and we will send a confirmation.

PayMongo
We accept credit card payments (Visa and Mastercard) via PayMongo

 

Delivery

How will I receive my item?
Orders within Metro Manila

Upon check out, we will give you 2 options on how you want to receive your item.

  1. Delivery via Grab, Lalamove, Mr. Speedy or
  2. Delivery via Local Courier. We can arrange this for you at a standard price of PHP 250 within Metro Manila. 
  • For bigger items and a cart with a total of Php 4,000 or more, it will automatically be transported via Lalamove Car. You may opt to arrange this and book your own courier of choice.
Please note that all deliveries will be shouldered by the customer and all our deliveries will be from BF Homes, Parañaque.
Orders outside Metro Manila

We will have a standard shipping fee of Php 500.00 for deliveries outside Metro Manila. For orders Php 4,000.00 and above, delivery fee will be subject to quotation.

For orders that are not available outside Metro Manila and you wish to inquire, send us a direct message and we will try our best to make things work.

** No shipping on Weekends and Public Holidays


Shipping Fees and Lead time

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Made to Order Pieces

Production lead time for made to order pieces is 10-15 working days.

Once your items are ready, we will send you a separate e-mail. Made to order pieces may only be only delivered via same day couriers (Lalamove/Transportify Car).

Shipment and Delivery: We will advise you the day before if your item is ready to be delivered. Please send us the details once available.

Items on Hand

Within Metro Manila

Processing time: 1-3 business days

Shipment and Delivery:
via Same Day Courier: We will advise you the day before if your item is ready to be delivered. Please send us the details once available.

 

Outside of Metro Manila

For 3 items or less:

Processing time: 3-4 business days

Shipment and Delivery:  Via Local Courier: 5-7 business days 

For 4 or more items:

We will email you the shipping quotation from the local courier within 2-3 business days of your order. From there, kindly send a screenshot of your payment so we can start processing your order.

Shipping Worldwide

Do you ship worldwide?

Rawtura home does not yet ship worldwide. We are still working on this!



Bulk Orders

Can I order by bulk? ?

We accept bulk orders for our existing designs. We will let you know the minimum amount, depending on the item. Lead time is approximately 45-60 working days once finalized. 

 


Return and Exchange

My item is damaged, can I return my item?

We do NOT allow returns but we do accept exchanges for damaged items ONLY. We must be notified of these damages up to 24 hours after date received and will be decided upon our team. Please note though that each product may slightly vary.

 


Out of Stock Items

The item I want is out of stock, do you restock?

We have limited stock per design and we can be changing designs once it has been sold out. Although if it is a best seller, we can bring the item back. Should you wish for an item to become available, please notify us through e-mail, rawturahome@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee we will have it again but we will try our very best to put them back for you! 

 


Care Instructions

How can I properly take care of  my product?

You can use these instructions to maintain your items in good condition. To preserve the quality of your pieces, keep them away from locations where they are exposed to heat or direct sunlight.

Rugs/ Woven Material

Washing Instructions: 1. Iron on low heat
 2. Hand wash with lukewarm water or machine wash on delicate setting only
 3. Hang to dry


Wood

Use a slightly damp cloth to clean as needed, wipe dry. Treat your furniture with beeswax or wood oil if the wood seems dry and for added shine. Avoid direct heat on wood.

Rattan

Use a brush to remove loose dust, wipe with damp cloth.
